We have a double room available in a very large Victorian house, 10min walk from Angel, next to Essex road station and with direct buses across London (i. e. Tottenham Court Road, King's cross, Waterloo, etc). Shoreditch, Dalston, Old street are also nearby.
The house is well kept, comfortable and welcoming with a large living room and kitchen (with 2 Freezer units, 2 fridges, and a new washer/dryer, double oven), large windows across the house and high ceilings.
The double room is furnished with a double bed (with storage below), a large wardrobe, chest of drawers and a bookshelf, as well as a good-size balcony that allows sufficient space for a table and chairs. Although the property is on a busy street the room is at the back of the house, so very silent. There are 2 bathrooms in the house, one with a bathtub and one with a standing shower.
The house is shared with two professionals, a Media Planner and an Architect. We are both very sociable, enjoy spending time together over a meal and a glass of wine while also respecting each other's private/quiet time.
The rent is £830 pcm. The bills are:
