The flat has only one bedroom and one bathroom. The reason I am advertising it as a room inside a flat and not the whole flat is that I wish to keep access to the property which I use as a home office for a few hours between 9 am and 4 pm on weekdays. I use the dining table as my office and store away my computer in a cupboard when I am finished working. I never use the kitchen nor the bathroom (except for the loo).

The tenant who choses to become my lodger will have exclusive use of the whole property every evening and every weekend (and public holidays)whilst paying significantly less than they would if they had exclusive use of it all the time.

I have used this hybrid system for quite a few years now and it has worked very well. Unfortunately my present lodger is moving out because she has bought her own property
