I have been living in this flat myself, and I am now vacating the room, as I'm moving in with my gf. The place is truly fantastic, especially the roof terrace, where many great dinners/breakfasts have been had, and many many sunsets observed.

The apartment is fully equipped, which dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, toaster, kettle, cutlery, pots/pans, bbq on roof etc.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, so you have plenty of light until the late evening. The only downside is that there is no elevator.

The flat is in clerkenwell/angel/islington, only 5mins walk from angel tube station and 6mins walk from the canal, where you can go for runs in the morning. 3mins walk to the gym, and 2mins walk to plenty of bus stops. all in all truly well located.

It's with a heavy heart I'm leaving this place behind.

The other person living (i. e. your flatmate) in the flat is Julian, a good old friend of mine from high-school. He is a great guy, easy to get along with.

He works in finance, but I wouldn't call him a banker. He is more laid back that most people working in finance and he has many interests outside of work (esp music, movies, running, cooking, travelling). He's always up for a beer but also doesn't mind spending a quiet night in after a long week. He travels frequently to Spain/Germany to visit friends and family.

The flat is available from 1st of Feb, but there is some flexibility for earlier move-in. So please do let me know if you like to know more.
