Been staying in London for almost 2 years I am leaving London on the coming 1st January.
I would definitely stay longer in this room if not leaving. A good priced gem in such a central location!

A few honest comments on this room:

1) Super easy going and responsible Landlord-
If you know someone in London, you probably heard lots of cases about irresponsible landlord: being kicked out with just few weeks notification; bad condition of flat facilities... I am just too lucky to have this landlord throughout my stay. Easy going, very responsive, and always supportive. Like, you could require a new bed or a new double bed if you move in, no extra charge.

2) Affordable rent in Islington, one of the best neighborhoods in London

3) Nice flatmates - 2 German & 1 Argentinian ( 2 Professionals + 1 Uni student)

Tube - Northern Line

7 mins walk to Old street / Hoxton / Shoreditch, where full of popular pubs/bars/restaurants

12 mins walk to Angel, a chill and quiet neighbourhood with lots of relaxing small cafes and stylish boutiques/small shops

Flatmates are all very nice, easy, clean, and tidy.
(So you would be expected to maintain the tidiness and cleanness altogether )

24 hours convenient store, fast-food deli, pub, and restaurant, post office, atm just right downstairs of the place.

3 mins walk to Tesco,
4mins walk to Co-op,
9 mins walk to Waitrose
7 mins walk to Mcdonalds

8-20mins walk to cafes in different styles ( Ozone, Shoreditch Grind, Grind, The Breakfast Club, Look mum no hands, TBC - The Book Club…)
Of course, also the chains like Pret, Starbucks, Costa, itsu, Eat… .......
Bills and council tax are not included in the rent, usually £20-£30, £50 max. in the winter period.
......
As Christmas is coming, I hope everything would be settled before the third week of Dec or in the third week, the latest.
Hence, I won't consider any viewers who are not able to provide the following documents: work reference/student ref, passport, NI number, signed contract, deposit - £735, and 1-month rent- £637 to move in.
