Modern Double Bedroom w Ensuite & Garden in Angel

A modern, double bedroom with shower ensuite bathroom is becoming available in our Angel flat from the end of August 2021. My partner and I are moving back home to New Zealand and are looking for a couple to fill the room.

The property is a ground floor apartment with a large garden overlooking Regent's Canal and the Narrowboat Pub. It's an easy 10-15 minute walk from both Angel and Old Street Underground stations.

The flat itself comprises three bedrooms, two with their own ensuite bathroom, a guest bathroom with bath and a large, open-plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. It comes fully furnished with built-in wardrobes and all the modern amenities you could need. There is also underfloor heating (not that it's needed!), a large storage room and washer/dryer.

Our current flatmates are the best of the best; two female Kiwis one male Aussie. All occupants are professionals working full-time in advertising, law and sales. They're looking for a friendly couple that works full time but is easy going and open to a drink or two post-work, and will keep the shared spaces clean and tidy.

The rent is £1,400 pcm (£700 per person) which covers rent and all bills, including Wi-Fi, electricity, water, council tax, an AMAZING fortnightly cleaner and shared things like toilet paper, cleaning products, detergent etc.
