A stunning lovely single room near Angel Station

I'm currently a tenant in this property looking for someone to replace , who is also an international student like me or a professor is ideally. However, i welcome anyone interested in. To be honest, this flat is amazing in all aspects.

There are 3 males and 1 female at the moment. They are either doing Master or working as professors. All is from European countries such as French and Italy. They are really NICE and FRIENDLY! Always keep clean and respect others' private life.

About the room***
It is a cozy single room with a balcony. Only this room in the property has balcony so that it's unique =)). There is already everything you need such as bed, wardrobe, table & chair. Moreover, the house is also furnished as well so you can move in straight away without buying any stuffs.
The condition of furniture is good.
Wifi is fast!!

The security in this property in particular and the area in general is good. You still feel safe if going home late. In front of the house, there is a Mcdonald and nearby has a lots supermarket, for example co-op, sainsbury and tesco etc.

It is near the bus station and also Underground: Angel, Farringdon,...
