I'm looking to pass on my contract until the end of the tenancy period, which is in October. Afterwards, you can extend your stay if you wish.
It's a lovely, well-lit in the morning, spacious single bedroom in a 4 bedroom apartment. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen and 1 and a half shared bathroom with shower. There are two storage rooms inside the apartment, so there's plenty of other spaces outside the room. The housemates are super lovely, friendly and relaxed and are working professionals.
The charming Exmouth market is on the same street (plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants). It is 7 minutes away from Angel (tube station) and 3 minutes away from the bus station.
The neighbourhood is safe and quiet and it's exceptionally well-positioned. Apart from parks and restaurants right around the flat, you can reach many important locations on foot (25min to the British Museum, 15min to Old Street, 20min to King's Cross, 20min to Barbican). The Angel-Islington area is very vibrant and has everything from retail stores, big supermarkets, cosy restaurants and a lot of pubs to choose from.
If you're a student, City University is right around the corner; UCL, SOAS, Birkbeck can be reached in 25min on foot. For working professionals, plenty of bus stations around the flat connect you to key areas.
You also have access to the rooftop, from where you can see the London Eye and the Shard.
