Great room in managed complex - 4min to Angel

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy of this amazing flat (room + private bathroom (proper water pressure :) + shared living room + shared kitchen). Unfortunately I have to leave the city due to my job.

The flat is located in a managed apartment complex just 4 minutes away from Angel Station. The complex comes with a 24/7 concierge service and a nice private courtyard that is only accessible for the tenants.

I am offering for one person or a couple to take over my room (see pictures / bedroom 2 in the floorplan) and a private bathroom. The kitchen is shared. If a couple would be interested, the current living room could be used as a bedroom (+£50 pm). Additionally the flat has a small boxroom that is shared.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine / dryer and a fridge/freezer including plenty of storage.

The (current) bedroom has large built-in cupboards and is furnished with a double bed. The living room room comes with the furniture shown on the picture (dining table, chairs, sofa, etc).

The shower glass screen is currently replaced by the agency and will replace the shower curtain.

You are sharing with a friendly and very respectful German PhD Student who has lived in London for many years.

I am looking for someone to take over from 10th September but would be flexible if needed. The current tenancy ends on 31 July 2021.
