We are looking for a flatmate in our lovely house on Wynyatt st.

HOUSE DETAILS
The Georgian house has its own private entrance and three levels. The first level contains 2x double rooms with 2 full bathrooms (each with a shower & WC) , the second level contains the common area with the kitchen, and the third level has two more double rooms. There is a great wooden decked terrace in the back garden equipped with a brand new BBQ! The house is period but refurbished in a stylish modern style, full of character & fully equipped.

FLATMATES DETAILS
You would share with three other flatmates (4 total). They are all between 22 and 30 y/o and great to live with. In the previous years, the house has been lively with conversations, dinners, and more.

AREA DETAILS
The area is very centrally located near Angel, Exmouth Market, and regent's canal. It is really an ideal place to spend the summer months!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR :)
We would like to find someone who is kind, sociable, and would from time to time join in conversations or dinner over a few beers or some wine. We are very relaxed and always looking to meet new friends.
