Double room in sunny Angel flat

Hello,

We have a double bedroom available from November in our bright, top floor apartment in Cloudesley Square in Angel. Our flatmate has loved living here but sadly is moving away as he’s moving in with his girlfriend.

The flat has a large, modern, open-plan kitchen and living room area with fantastic views of the city!

You will be 5-minutes walk to Angel tube station and close to all amenities in Angel: Sainsburys, Waitrose, restaurants, bars and Vue cinema. It's a very quiet, leafy street and we've had a good experience with our letting agency, who is also based in Angel.

You'd be living with an architect, Henry, and Amber, who works as an economist. We'll both be at any viewings so you can get to know us a bit before committing. Let us know whether you’d prefer in person or virtual viewings - happy to do either.

Bills come to about 80 per month, including Council Tax, water, gas/electric and internet.

We’re ideally looking for someone who’s a professional, friendly and clean/tidy :)
