Double bedroom available in Islington with garden.

Situated in Islington, we have a double bed room available for rent in our two bed house. We are a 2 minute walk away from the lovely Regents canal and a 10 minute walk away from Angel town where there are many shops, bars and restaurants. The house is based in a quiet area with little traffic and a lovely local pub.

The house is a mews property with a large living room and dining table. We also have a closed off, south west facing garden, so we benefit from afternoon and evening sun! The house is two floors with the living room, kitchen and toilet situated on the ground floor. Upstairs we have one master bedroom where myself and my partner stay, a small office and a double bedroom. Upstairs also has a shared spacious bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. The washer and dryer are also situated upstairs.

We both work in the insurance industry and so we are looking for a young, fun professional to join our house in the new year. The room is unfurnished however, we are happy for the tenant to share crockery and other house furnishings. The bills are extra however, they would be split 3 ways.
