Double room incl. bills in 4 bed friendly flat

We have a double room available in our bright, friendly 4 bed flat between Kings Cross and Angel.

The flat is spacious - we have a large, private back garden and big living room with two sofas and a dining table. We have a TV in the front room and occasionally like to watch series and documentaries together.

We cook together as a flat sometimes, go out (when we can!) and enjoy getting takeaways - there's lots in our area!

The flat is an 8 minute walk from Angel tube station, and 5 minute walk to Kings Cross. 5 minutes to a Tesco's and 8 minutes to a Waitrose and Sainsbury's. Loads of bars/restaurants within walking distance and very close to the canals for walks and runs.

We have fast wifi, ideal when working from home, a washing machine in the kitchen along with all cooking utensils. We also have a cleaner that comes fortnightly who cleans the flat and all the bedrooms as well.

The room has a double bed, built in wardrobe, small bedside table. It also fits a desk and chair which is helpful when working from home. Alternatively there's a large table and chairs in the shared living room that we all use to work from together. There is a bathroom with a bath and shower, with a toilet separate.

A 5 week deposit will be required and will need to be made before the move in date.

We are looking for someone who would be a great fit for the flat and would be aged 28+ and a Professional.

We are easy-going, social and always keen for a drink or five. Julia has lived in the flat for 4 years, Joe 2 years and Matt 5 months and all get along well, but also respect each others privacy when needed.
