Hi! I’m looking for a student or professional to replace me in my flatshare which I will be sad to leave. The remaining flatmates (Ishant, 22, works in finance, Mridu, 30, masters student and Thomas, 23, student) are all super lovely, respectful and clean! I am moving out to move in with my partner.

The flat is located on Upper Street right across from Highbury & Islington tube. There are gardens infront of the flat and a tiny little one way street, so it’s in a prime location but also very quiet as it’s just off the main high street. You have all the shops, bars, restaurants, pubs and gardens you could want right on the doorstep.

The room has a massive desk at the window, double bed, cupboards, fireplace, wardrobe and lots of shelves. The flat and room has very high ceilings and is very bright due to the big windows.

The rent is £802pm with bills included, this also includes a fortnightly cleaner. Minimum stay is 3 months. You give 45 days notice if you want to leave the flat - I am advertising as I am needing to escape the contract early after 1 year here.
