I am sadly leaving this great house that I’ve called home for the last 5 years! And I am looking for the next tenant to take over my share in the lease. I am flexible with move-in date.

This is a 4 bedroom terraced house over 3 floors with lounge, kitchen, two bathrooms (2 toilets, 1 shower & bath with good water pressure), and a rear garden. .

The bedroom available is on the top floor, comes furnished with double bed, bedside table, set of draws, black out curtains and a very large built in wardrobe just outside the room (so plenty of storage!)

It is a very quiet residential area but very well connected, with lots of amenities walking distance (cafes, bars, restaurants).It’s a 6 min walk to the nearest bus stop (21,76,141, 271), 10 mins walk to Old street Station (Northern line), 15min walk to Upper Street Angel, corner shop is a 3 min walk or there is Co op, Tesco and Sainsburys 10 mins walk.

You will be sharing the house with my 3 lovely flatmates Alessandra, Harrison and a friend who will move in soon – aged between 28 – 34- all working professionals .

Rent is £875 pcm + bills on top (£120)

We are a sociable house so will often hang out in the kitchen, we think of this as our home away from home so everything is kept clean, tidy & homely. We all work during the week (9-5pm jobs) keep it quite chilled.
On weekends we are usually all out, it is rare we are all in at once.
