The building

I am looking to find a replacement flatmate for my friend, who is moving out to live with his girlfriend.

Both my friend and I have been living in this modern apartment for almost two years now and are very happy with the facilities provided and the flat's location.

Flat:

A well-maintained spacious apartment on the third floor (with lift) of this grandiose apartment building with a uniformed concierge.

Accommodation comprises entrance hall, reception room with original herringbone flooring, separate solid wood kitchen, main bedroom with fitted wardrobes and en-suite shower room, further double bedroom, and family bathroom. The property is offered on a furnished basis.

Building:

New Riverhead is the former office of the Metropolitan Water Board, which was converted into 129 apartments set within this grade II listed building. Within the building is the 17th-century Oak Room, which is used as a function room for residents who can book it out for a nominal cost.

Exmouth Market is close by with its cafes and restaurants, and Sadlers Wells is directly next door. The nearest stations are Angel for the Northern line and Farringdon for Circle, Hammersmith and City and Metropolitan line services as well as extensive rail services to Luton and Gatwick airports.

The property further benefits from an allocated parking space, concierge, gym, cellars, substantial communal gardens with BBQ areas and use of the Oak Room for formal meetings and entertaining.

A bit about me:

I am a professional in a boutique consultancy in the heart of the City. I am a very chilled person and am busy busting a nut working during the week, but I will be looking to unwind in the evenings/weekends.

I am looking for someone around my age range of 25-30 and who is also a working professional. I would like to find someone who is sociable, and wouldn't mind hanging out and going for a drink/eating every so often. Yet, I am also seeking someone who is clean and considerate.
