Double room in Victorian house, N1-Angel

Hi there!

I'm looking for someone to take over my room in our amazing, cozy house in Angel. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all spread over 4 floors, it's located very close to the canal.

The double room is well proportioned, has two built-in closets, a wardrobe, a wall-mounted shelves, and it comes furnished. Since the room is on the top floor of the house, it is isolated from other parts of the house and has a high ceiling.

Besides that, it has an amazing garden view and gets natural sunlight during the day.

You will be sharing the bathroom with just one flat mate. Others have their own baths.

The house is on a very quiet street, so there is no road noise at all. It has a large living room and a very well equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, we also have a garden and like to have BBQs here in the summer.

It's a fantastic location within walking distance of many buses and tube stations, convenient to commute to Central London.

2-5min walk to multiple key bus stops.
10min walk to Essex Road Overground
12min walk to Highbury & Islington station
12min walk to Angel Station with Night tube

We're all professionals, aged between 27 and 33.

Hacina is French and head of the marketing department of an investment company, and she owns a restaurant in Paris. She lived in different countries and likes to explore the world.

Javi is Spanish, loves to run, visit exhibitions and go to the theatre, and do yoga. He works as a structural engineer.

Imke is German, likes go gym, yoga, and outdoor activities. She works for a company on the energy industry stock exchanges.

Like most people, we all like to travel, cook, socialize, and keep fit.

We are looking for a friendly, clean flatmate, around our age, easy-going and relaxed. Someone who wants to socialize and hang out together from time to time, share meals, have a chat in the evening but also likes to have their own space.

Rent including bills is to be paid on a monthly basis in advance. We work directly with our landlord and there isn't an agency involved.

-Gas, Electricity, Water & Council Tax
