Gorgeous sunlit loft on Regents Canal

Bright and airy master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and HUGE walk-in closet in my luxury loft has become available. The suite is approx 400 sq ft. The entire flat is 1000 sq ft with high ceilings of around 16ft. Furnished, now with desk and chair - not in photos.

The flat is on the Regent's Canal, a 5 minute walk to Angel tube station. All the windows are facing the water, it's super quiet and peaceful except for some ducks ☺ There is also a nice balcony that overlooks the canal.

The building is super safe, with a 24 security, cameras, and concierge in a luxury converted warehouse.

Vibe wise, the space is creative and inspiring. I'm an artist, copywriter and I work from home. The place during weekdays is quiet. I also travel fairly frequently so would like to leave the place to someone responsible and mature while am gone :)

Prefer someone who works in an office. I also travel a lot :)

Vegans / vegetarians are welcome, but not a deal breaker. Also clean, tidy and mindful is good ☺

This is a peaceful house, creative and inspiring. Non party vibe!

About the area:
This is a short walk to Old Street and Shoreditch (approx 5 mins to Old Street station). It Is also around 10 mins walk to Angel station and the main high street there where there are all the main supermarkets, as well as little delis, and gourmet food places. Lots of little theatres etc. It’s 15min walk from Kings Cross/St Pancras tube/train/Eurostar stations. Within short walking distance of the many shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment of Islington/Upper Street, Saddlers Wells, Exmouth Market/Clerkenwell and Kings Cross. Within 20mn of the City, Holborn and West End and a short, direct bus or tube journey to most central-London destinations.
