My current flatmate is moving out 1 Feb 2021 from our 2 bed flat on Liverpool Road in Angel so his room is available from then.
Rent is £1160 each, deposit amount similar (but TBC with the landlord). Tenancy would be for 12 months but with a break clause arising after 6 months i. e. can break after 8 months (October 2022).
I'm a newly qualified solicitor and work Mon-Fri around Chancery Lane. Originally from Scotland so occasionally back and forth between here and there!
I've been in the flat for just over a year and a bit and had no problems etc with current landlord. Savills manage the property for the landlord and they've likewise been pretty chill to deal with.
Flat comes with a piano for an unknown reason; when we moved in no one seemed to know who owned it so bonus points if you manage more than the easy bit of happy birthday.
