Studio room in Central London student halls

Hi,

I am looking for someone to replace my contract for a Basic Studio room at Arbour House Unite Students, located in student accommodation in Central London, right next to the City University campus.

The contract is not for the full year, but rather the academic year, from September to July. It has a price of £315 pw (utilities, WIFI, and everything else included).

It is located on the 3rd floor of the building. The building block is newly built and refurbished, with security cameras and an elevator. There is also bicycle storage and a laundry room. You also get your private mail lockers. While big packages are collected by the reception and you can collect them any time that suits you, so no need to be home for it.

The room has a fully equipped kitchen (including an electric hob, sink, refrigerator with a freezer) and bathroom (shower, sink, toilet). It has a wardrobe, bed, suitcase storage, hangers, shelves, table, and a chair. The window is looking at the street.

The location is perfect. Even though I am a UCL student, it was amazing living there. Supermarkets, bus stops, gyms, and shopping malls were very close, and I could walk to St Paul's Cathedral and the Millenial bridge any evening I wanted.

It was a great home for me for a year, but unfortunately, I am doing a year abroad, and won't be there.
