Hi there, I’m looking take over the remainder of my lease for this large flatshare in Angel. It would be done through a landlord-approved sublet. The lease ends on the 28th of August, with an option to extend for another year.
The room is a large double with plenty of storage space, built in wardrobe and open shelving. There is a bed and a side table.
The flat is shared with my current Flatmate who would prefer another female as the bathroom is shared. The kitchen and living room are also shared, but all the rooms are large and very homey. Our landlord has invested in renovating the bathroom and kitchen.
Angel station is only a 7 minute walk away on one side, and Old Street station 12 mins on the other side. There is a bus stop at the end of the road with really good links to all major stations. There is a Co-op just a minute away, and Angel shops including Sainsbury, Waitrose and M&S all just 10 mins walk away.
My flatmate is sociable, but equally respects privacy and works from home majority of the time.
Bills are not included and come to about £250pcm for council tax, electricity, gas, water and internet.
Move in date can be flexible.
