I am renting out a double room in my modern, furnished and cosy flat in a GREAT location, under 5 minutes to Angel Station and CENTRAL LONDON-Zone 1.

ABOUT ME
I am the principle tenant and will occupy the other room, although for the summer months between May-September will likely be gone quite often to France, it will be as though you have the entire flat to yourself!

I like to keep my home well maintained and cosy and like a haven from the craziness of this world. CLEANLINESS is very important!

ABOUT YOU
Mature and respectful individual who is clean, neat and tidy. If you can say your parents raised you to have manners, clean up after yourself, be considerate and think of others, then we will get along. If you were raised by a pack of wolves or conversely if you had someone waiting on you hand and foot and this is your first adventure into the real world, I am afraid I would not be interested.

Ideally I am looking for someone with whom I would get along, and who would consider this a home environment where we can share a meal together, have a chat and enjoy the space.

-No Deposit required, 2 months rent up front
-bills will be water & electricity (depends on use £25-50) wifi (£13)
-If staying beyond 2 months, rolling agreement with 30 day notice period to leave early
