Three bedroom flat with open plan kitchen / living room (and small balcony). Fourth floor walk-up. Bathroom is shared with only one of the other flatmates.

Flat was rented unfurnished but the current tenants have fully-furnished the common spaces and the leaving tenant has furnished the room.

Looking for a working professional to join us in this central, sunny and spacious flat. New tenant must takeover bedroom furniture (bed frame, mattress, headboard, wardrobe, bookshelf) all in great condition for 700£.
