Looking for someone to take over my room contract in a bright, spacious double room with a stunning view in Angel, Islington. In a very peaceful and beautiful neighbourhood, it is a walkable distance from Angel Station (7 mins).

I'm moving out end of June and need someone to step in. You'd share the flat with 3 other female flatmates - 2 students and a professional.

£1,235pcm for the double room, all-inclusive (water, council tax, Wi-Fi, monthly cleaning of communal areas) except for gas and electricity, which is about £40/month.
