Double Room in Beautiful Angel Flat

My flatmate is moving out after almost four years of sharing this stunning flat in Angel so I am currently looking for a new flatmate that could take over his room from the end of May. The second floor flat is situated in a quiet street five minutes walk from Angel tube station. The space is as beautiful as it looks in the photos, (as an architect I completely fell in love with it). It includes a spacious and bright living room with a drop dead gorgeous view over London (south facing towards the Shard and Barbican), a cute kitchen with modern appliances (dish washer and washing machine included), a bathroom (which you would be sharing with me) and your double room which has a spacious built in wardrobe and gets a lot of natural light. The property came unfurnished so you would be ideally moving over your bits for the bedroom (or we can arrange them to get them delivered close to your move in date!) Bills are excluded and we have a cleaning service once every two weeks.

About me, I am an architect/artist and grew up in Rome before moving to London to study architecture. I have been here for the past ten years and really found a home in this city! In my spare time at home, (when i am not in the office where i work full time during the week) i like to cook, read, draw, watch movies with a projector and at times host nice evenings with friends. I would ideally like to find a social and tidy person that wouldn’t mind the occasional drink, sharing a meal while chatting about the day or going for a drink in one of the nice pubs and bars in the area. As I am very busy throughout the week days i am planning to schedule viewings during the weekends. Looking forward to hearing from you,
