I have a lovely spacious double room available in a central 2 bed flat in Angel, Islington. It’s available from the 15th June 2024.

About the flat:
The flat is an incredible well-lit apartment located in an great location, 2-minute walk to Angel station which connects you to all the main tube lines and is also very close to central London (without the hustle and bustle). The entire property has been recently renovated by the Landlord and is on the third floor in the building. The flat is fully furnished including a dishwasher & combined washer dryer.

About me:
I'm Sarah - 33 and I work in the music industry. I work from home most days but also work from co-working spaces. I'm really into yoga, going on hikes and cooking nice dinners / having a couple of glasses of wine in front of the telly over a series. I'm looking for a like-minded, chilled female to share the space with.

What I'm looking for:
A female professional late 20s to early 30s, sociable but also has own thing going on in the city, works full-time not self employed (requirement from Landlord). Enjoys the more chill lifestyle and wants to live in a flat that we can make a home.

Bills:
Water is included in the rent, but additional bills are £130 each pm.
