I’m looking for someone to takeover the contract for my big double room in Angel, Islington. The room is super spacious, with lots of natural light and loads of storage.
- The house is four bedrooms total, so you’ll be sharing with 3 other very kind and fun girls (aged 21-22), who are a mix of students and working professionals. We’d like the new flatmate to be a girl and of a similar age.
- Just a 2 minute walk from upper street, with lots of cute pubs and restaurants nearby. Angel tube station and a big Sainsbury’s, M&S and Waitrose are also about a 7 min walk away.
- We have a lovely garden, big kitchen and 2 newly fitted bathrooms.
- Rent is £1300, with bills at an additional ~75 monthly
- MUST have a uk-based guarantor (at landlord’s request)
- The contract would be valid until July 2025
