1 Room to Sublet in Angel

5 Room flat share in Islington/Angel. I will be subletting my room starting 30 November. The current lease will run to September 2025.
The room itself is a large double room with a double bed, bedside table, large drawers, built in wardrobe, and a desk/chair with even more storage. There is also a closet in the hallway to keep suitcases. There are two showers (1 guy shower and 1 girl shower) with a separate toilet.
There is a large kitchen with a table and a tv. The kitchen includes a microwave, oven/stove top, dishwasher, washer, and dryer.
The flat is about a 7-10 minute walk to angel station (northern line), 15 minute walk to barbican (circle, H&C, Metropolitan), a 15-20 minute walk to Farmington station (Elizabeth, circle, H&C, metro, and thameslink), and a 20 minute walk to old street (northern and national rail).
There are countless pubs and restaurant about 10 minute walk from the flat. The flat is about 5-10 minute walk to the canals. The flat is also a 5 minute walk to City.
The flatmates consist of 2 guys, who are both students at city, and 1 girls, who is a student and the other 1 guy a young professional.
All bills are inclusive of the rent including gas, high speed internet, electricity, water, council tax, maintenance, and cleaners once a month. Upon signing, you will be required to pay first month rent, last month rent, and an upfront fee which takes care of all bills for the entire tenancy.
