Description:
A self-contained studio flat at Arbour House is available to let for the summer months.

Flat is on the 2nd floor and accessible via lift or stairs.

This studio comprises an open plan accommodation that includes:
- semi double bed with storage space underneath bed
- built-in kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, extractor fan, fridge, small kitchen sink and built-on wall cabinets and under-sink storage spaces
- desk area for study with shelves and cork board
- stand alone wardrobe
- a larger than usual accessability toilet (i. e. for disable access) with shower area, WC and wash basin, have space to dryer clothes with an airer

Utilities bills are included in rent

No parking

Secure access with fob controlled key both to flat and also to enter building

Under 10 mins walk to Barbican (includes Elizabeth Line) and also Angel tube station. Or Bus 4 and 56 from outside Barbican tube station.

Tesco Express, Sainsbury's Local, eateries and stores all within walking distance
