Hello!! I am sadly moving out of our gorgeous flat in Angel, move in date is 14th February but flexible for this to be sooner if needed.
The location is perfect, 5 minutes from Angel station and plenty of bus links into central London.
The house has a large shared living/dining area, separate kitchen, bathroom (with a bath 😍) and an extra bathroom downstairs as well as an outdoor patio!! The room is a double with loads of storage and a balcony!
Angel itself is an amazing area of London to live, very residential and safe. The flat is located a quick walk to Camden passage, Exmouth market and the canal which is the best for walks/runs 🥰
You’d be living with Maddie (27) & Mali (26), they’d be looking for someone who is up for cosy nights watching rom coms, going for cocktails and exploring London, but also is happy in their own space as due to different schedules they might not always be in.
Rent is £1180 and bills are ~ £130 per month. As mentioned move in date is February 14th (flexible for this to be sooner) and the contract runs until mid September.
