Hi everyone,

We have a super large, bright room available in our lovely home in Angel, with a window overlooking the garden patio.
It’s a spacious and comfortable house (with 2 bedrooms and plenty of storage) with a great atmosphere, a genuinely lovely and responsive landlord, and a location that’s hard to beat.

We would prefer a girl to maintain a balance within the house :)

Rent & Bills
Rent: £1410 PCM
Energy bills: £50 PCM (paid directly to the landlord)
Council tax & internet: included in the rent
Weekly cleaner: £45 (shared on rotation between housemates: you’ll pay once every 5 weeks)

The House
The room is part of a 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom house and is located on the top floor, making it quiet, bright and private.
The house has a large open-plan living room and kitchen, fully equipped with plenty of storage space. We also have a separate washer and dryer, which makes life much easier in a shared house.
One of the best features is the spacious patio garden, perfect in summer for barbecues, dinner parties, pre-drinks or simply relaxing outside. Extra brownie points if you enjoy a bit of gardening 🌿

The house is in a fantastic location in Angel, with great connections and plenty to do nearby.
12 min walk to Angel Station
12 min walk to King’s Cross / St Pancras
10 min walk to Caledonian & Barnsbury
Lots of bus routes, cafés, pubs, restaurants and shops within walking distance

The People
You’ll be living with four friendly professionals aged 30–34 from a mix of nationalities (Canadian, Australian and British).
The house has a really nice balance — everyone has their own routines and social lives, but we occasionally share a drink, a walk, or a relaxed catch-up about the weekend’s adventures. It’s a friendly, respectful home rather than just a place to crash.
