Hi there!

We’re looking for a third flatmate to take over a 12-month lease starting 1 April.

We’re both in our late 20s and are hoping to find someone easy-going and sociable, who’s happy to keep the place relatively clean and up for a chat now and then - while still fully respecting everyone’s space.

The flat is in a super convenient location, right next to Shoreditch Park and Regent’s Canal.

It’s a two-storey flat on the third floor of the building, and we’re looking to fill the first-floor bedroom.

Price: £1,600 PCM (bills not included).
Bills typically range between £150–£180 pp, covering council tax, water, electricity, gas, internet and cleaning.

Layout:
• First floor: Large bedroom with your own private bathroom, plus the living room and kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine as well).

• Second floor: Two bedrooms and a shared bathroom (both already taken)

The bedroom comes with a bed and shelves, while desk and chair would need to be brought in.

The apartment is in a quiet area (right next to Shoreditch Park, so barely any noise), and there’s also a gym just a two-minute walk away with a resident discount.

Location highlights:
• 3-minute walk to the bus stop (running every 2–3 minutes) with direct links to Old Street, Liverpool Street and Moorgate
• 10–15 minute walk to Old Street, Angel, and Highbury & Islington stations
• Plenty of shops and pubs nearby: Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Co-op
• Large Waitrose and Iceland around a 15-minute walk away

About us:
We’re two Australians (27 and 29) working in professional services (consulting, accounting). We moved to London in 2024 and work from home around two days a week. We’re easy-going, love sport, hanging out, going to the pub and also chilling locally. We keep the flat tidy and respect each other’s space.
