Hey girls! Looking for someone to take over a bright, airy room in a 3 bed flat between Angel and Old Street - available ASAP.

🛏 The room

• Comes fully-furnished (bed, wardrobe, mirror, desk and chest of drawers)

• Gets lots of natural light and a great view of the sunset in the summer

• V calm and cosy! Pics of how previous flatmates have decorated below

🏠 The flat

• In a well-maintained council building with lots of cute dogs. And a concierge to keep things safe

• A (very) wooden kitchen with a lovely view of City Road and all the usual bits (fridge/freezer, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave etc.)

• A separate toilet and shower/bathroom (shared between the 3 of us)

• Lots of storage cupboards

• Sadly no living room but we tend to hang in the kitchen / outside of the flat

• Located in Zone 1 between Angel (10 mins to station) and Old Street (15 mins to station). Super connected and lots of supermarkets, gyms and coffee shops in walking distance

• Relaxed, clean and homely on the whole. Not a party house but a house of partiers

‼️ Important stuff

• Rent: £650 per month (it’s the smallest room in the flat but still a great size)

• Bills: approx £170 per month

• Deposit: 5 weeks’ rent

• Contract: rolling (you’ll sign for a year but if you need to move out before, all good if you find a replacement)

• Move-in date: ASAP

I’m Faz (29), a writer working in fashion. Pretty chill, usually found raving about film, astrology and tarot. Will read your cards if you ask nicely. Will also always accept an invitation to karaoke.

Maggie (27), Canadian girly working in tech sales after pivoting from learning & development/HR. Loves music festivals, travel, long walks and discovering everything London has to offer. Not a tarot reader (yet?) but can be entertained by astrology convos.
