A very spacious and bright room available in a friendly 3-bedroom house, located on a quiet residential street just moments from Angel and Regent’s Canal.
The house is spread over two floors, with a shared living room and fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor, plus a lovely outdoor terrace — perfect for relaxing or enjoying a drink in the warmer months.
The room is on the first floor (out of two floors total) and shares a large bathroom with two showers and one bath — plenty of space and no morning queues!
You’ll be living with Ben (an Australian lawyer) and Pedro (a Colombian architect) — both friendly, respectful, and easygoing professionals. It’s a relaxed and welcoming home environment.
The location is ideal: incredibly calm and peaceful, yet just a short walk to Angel, great restaurants, shops, and excellent transport links. Regent’s Canal is also nearby for beautiful walks and runs.
