We’re looking for someone to join us to be be part of a friendly, social household.

Location
Located in Angel, between Upper Street and Essex Road, with loads of supermarkets, shops, and bakeries nearby.
* 10-minute walk to Angel station
* 10-minute walk to Highbury & Islington

The Flat
* Weekly cleaner
* You’ll be sharing a bathroom with one housemate
* Rent: £1,640/month
* Bills extra (council tax, cleaner, and shared household items like oil, detergent, etc., split via Splitwise)

Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
* Enjoys being part of a home and is happy to join us for weeknight dinners when around. We share cooking during the week, with one person cooking for the household each evening, so we’re looking for someone keen to be part of that setup
* Is friendly, easygoing, and open-minded
* Keeps shared spaces clean and tidy
* Has a similar lifestyle (working professional)
* Is a similar age (late 20s–early 30s)
* Single or couple welcome

About Us
We’re a mix of Kiwis and Aussies, aged 28–33. We’re all active and social, enjoy walks, coffee runs, pub trips, card games, shared dinners, and the occasional movie night.
We all have our own lives but enjoy spending time together, so it’s a nice balance between social and independent.
