Bedroom available in a spacious, friendly and low-key flat share. 10 mins walk from Angel or Highbury & Islington stations.

Looking for people who want to contribute making the flat a home, who are easy going, clean and tidy, love good food, movie nights, going for drinks and the occasional yearly flat party.

You would be living with these four:

Ciara – Mancunian/Irish, 29, works in health policy, speaks Mandarin, likes cooking, climbing, salsa & podcasts.
Ali – Australian, 33, ICU nurse, likes learning Portuguese, reading, spicy margaritas & is our food snob.
Luke – British, 30, works in advertising, travelled all around the world, likes walking, watching football, going to the theatre and having a cheeky pint especially when the sun comes out.
Matt - Singaporean, 28, works in the creative industry, likes cooking, plays football, going to the cinema and watching occasional chick flicks with the girls.

They all like travelling, fun London activities, or simply chatting about life around a glass of wine chilling on our super comfy sofa.

Evenings are usually a nice balance of in and out, always respecting of working week sleep patterns.
We have a cleaner every 2 weeks.

I have loved living in this flat and neighborhood for the past 2 years, I sadly have to leave because I am moving overseas for work.

The location is amazing, with loads of great food spots, shops, bars, pubs etc on the doorstep, the canal only 5 mins away and the landlord is the nicest person ever. This is in every way a London dream of a flat!

Room available to move-in from around Thursday 14th May - essential furniture (bed, wardrobe and desk - as seen in pictures) to buy, price to be discussed on the viewing day.
