Double room with ensuite available in two-bedroom, two bathroom, apartment. The room is a good size (3.6m x 3.1m) with drawers, wardrobe, and a good double bed.

The photos were taken before the current flatmate moved in, hence no clothes or other belongs in the photos.

The room is available from April 10th.

The apartment is located at 15 Amwell Street and is part of the St Pauls View Apartment building. There is a concierge during business hours which is good for security and helpful if you get something delivered that needs to be signed for.

The ground floor apartment opens onto a nice grassed communal backyard and there is a gym at the end of the garden with weight machines, free weights, two bikes and a treadmill. There is also a communal roof-top terrace with views over the city. A secure car park in the basement can be available if required.

The location is excellent. It is a 7 minute walk to Angel station, 10 minutes to both Farringdon and Chancery Lane stations, and a 15 minute walk to Kings Cross station. There is a bus stop less than 2 minutes from the house that will get you into the centre of London (Leicester Square) in 15 minutes.

You will be sharing the apartment with a professional male, 35, working in Tech, and WFH a couple of days per week.

Total cost comes to £1,300 per month including expenses (council tax, electricity, gas, water, internet) and a bond of one month is required.

A long-term flat mate would be preferred.
