One bright double room available in our recently refurbished, fully furnished house in Angel - just a couple of minutes walk from Angel station. Available from 1st December 2023.

THE HOUSE
The house is very spacious*, and spread across three floors. We also have a patio for BBQ's and a garden area at the front of the house. [*Approx 1,800sq/ft footprint]

The ground floor comprises of a reception/utility area, a fully fitted modern kitchen, a downstairs bathroom, and a very spacious lounge. The lounge contains a 6-seat dining room table and 3 large double sofas, one of which being a double sofa-bed for occasional housemate guests.

The first floor comprises two very large double bedrooms [including 1 en-suite bathroom/toilet].

The second floor comprises 3 double bedrooms, and 1 large bathroom [shower/bath/toilet], with power shower.

Above the second floor, there is also a very large loft storage space.

*Please note that the property has recently been placed on the market. While there have been a couple of viewings, no offers have been made at this stage, so there are currently no changes to the living situation and won’t be in the near future. It’s possible that the property may eventually be purchased by an investor, in which case a new tenancy agreement could be required. Alternatively, though less likely given the current market conditions, the property could be purchased by someone intending to occupy it, which would involve a standard two-month notice period to vacate. For this reason, the minimum stay is set at three months in case a sale does go through.*
THE AREA
You will be moments away from Angel tube station, bars, restaurants and shops on Upper Street. We are also within walking distance of Bank and St Pauls (approx. 15 minutes).

THE FLATMATES / TENANTS

Alberto is organising viewings. All tenants are working professionals ages between 26-29.

Looking for a houseshare with a mix of 5 girls/guys, ideally a diverse mix of professionals.
Get in touch if you are friendly, laid back and tidy, and keen to make the place a home... Someone who doesn't mind occasionally watching a movie or grabbing a drink at one of the local coffee shops or pubs.

Professionals preferred. No pets or couples please.
