What's not (sorry guys but...)

No couples (partners more than welcome to stay over however)
No mainly working from home in the day
No backpackers
No smokers, heavy drinkers, drug takers
Ideally not looking for anything less than 6 month rental
Not suitable for fur allergy sufferers

How it seems to normally work out...

We've been renting the room out for nearly 2 decades now
Most tenants have stayed on average 1 -3 years (although this isn't essential)
Previous tenants have tended to be professional people looking for peace and quiet
