However, in terms of enjoying the outdoors , there is an attractive park diagonally opposite the house (1 minute walk away) and a large choice of pretty garden squares, all nearby and nestled within the idyllic residential setting of BARNSBURY. Highbury Fields provides a larger space, ideal for jogging and playing tennis, and is just over a 10 minute walk away.

The STUDIO is located in the basement and is accessed via its own stairs not used by anyone else.
Self-distancing will be required where necessary.
Strictly no admittance to other areas of the house.
No visitors will be permitted to enter the house.
