Hi all! We have just moved into a lovely high spec 2 floor maisonette within 5 minutes walk of Archway Station. The key selling points for us here were: high tech equipment, brand new kitchen with dishwasher, bath with jets, 2 garden areas, easy access to transport and large green spaces close by (Highgate and Hampstead Heath). We are looking for an individual or another couple who are along the same wave length and would be keen to hang out and have a drink from time to time/play a board game etc.

The house:
There are 2 double bedrooms, a shared living room, a study, 1 bathroom, 1 WC and 2 garden areas. We'll start improving the garden areas soon and plan to get lots of houseplants :)

Room:
The bedroom available comes with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers. The window faces onto the back garden so there's lots of natural light. There is also a shoe rack/coat rack by the front entrance and storage spaces in the house. The living room has a 2 person desk and the study will have a small desk as well, so there will be space for working from home if needed.

Location:
We are less than a 5 minute walk from Archway Station, which is zone 2 on the Northern line and a short additional walk to Upper Holloway which is on the overground.
There are plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby but we are also close to Highgate, Holloway, Tuffnell Park and Kentish Town (as well as easy access to transport into Camden, Kings Cross, Highbury & Islington etc).
There is a small green area just outside the garden of the house, as well as Waterlow Park/Highgate Cemetery and Hampstead Heath within 15 minutes walking distance.

About us:
You will be sharing with myself Ashli (31 from London) and Alan (34 from the US). We both met in China 4 years ago studying Kung Fu, and since then have travelled and then lived in London for the last 2 years. I work in BI for a video game company and Alan works as a Solutions engineer for a tech company, as well as a CTO for a startup. We work the normal 9-5 type jobs (usually from the office but of course working from home now due to COVID). Some of the things we enjoy are travelling, hiking, fitness, cooking, beer, cycling, climbing, pubs, board games, live music, video games and socialising. We also love pets, especially dogs, so if you have a furry friend we would be more than happy to host them! If not we may also potentially get a dog or a cat, so it would be good if you are pet friendly.

More information:
The bills roughly work out to £300 per month and these would be divided equally amongst the housemates. We would also like to get a cleaner in every 2 weeks.

Couples will be £150 extra per month.
