Large Double room w/ensuite in shared house

Hi there! We are looking for a new housemate/s from Mid April to move into our lovely house. We are open to both singles & couples. My sister and her boyfriend were the previous occupants of the top floor so we have no issues with living with another couple.

This is quite a unique house share, you would be renting more than just a room, it's a home. The room itself is situated on the top floor with its own bathroom and has 3 built in wardrobes. There's also a big attic above to store extra things.

The house is very bright, open plan and has a great shared living space. The decor is very modern and clean and has a great family feel to it. Throughout the pandemic we have all worked from home, so the downstairs living area has been used as a shared workspace.

We have a washing machine & Tumble dryer.

There is a spacious garden at the rear of the house. We were lucky enough to grow tomatoes this past summer! During the spring/summer months, the garden is soaked in sunshine for most of the day. There is also a roof terrace situated on the second floor to enjoy. The biggest USP if you ask me is the bbq & a parasol for those hot summer days!

There is also off street parking on our front drive. Me and Luther don't have a car, so this is free to use! We mainly ride our bikes, which we store in the shed at the back of the house

A little bit about myself (Jamie) and Luther. We both work in the music & events industry. I work mainly in Audio Visual but also in creative design and Luther works at a record shop. We both love to cook, listen to music (We like records) and socialise but also appreciate giving each other space. We're looking for people who would be open to sharing the odd dinner at home or drink or occasionally watching a film!

For Couples, the price of the room would increase to £1100 excl bills.

The bills around £85/110 per month each all in inc Council tax, Fibre Virgin media (108mb). water, elec/gas. Depending if Single/Couple.
