I am moving out so my lovely room in Archway will be available to rent from 27th March 2021.

The flat is on a tree lined street in the heart of Archway, right near all the shops, restaurants and great pubs the area has to offer. The northern line tube station and upper Holloway overground station are both a 5-minute walk away. There are also plenty of bus stops nearby – you can be in central in under 20 minutes.

The flat itself is great, and such good value for money. There is a living/kitchen area with all the amenities. The bedroom is bright and airy, with lots of floor space, storage space, and great light. I will be leaving the bed, mattress, wardrobe and drawers, but taking the desk/chairs (this is my own purchase) which will leave enough space for a desk. The wardrobe and chest of drawers can be removed if you have your own to move in.
There is also a lovely garden that is shared by the building – which is great for a glass of wine and bbq on a summer evening!

Liz and Babar are in their early thirties, and Liz has lived in the flat for a number of years now. We all get on really well and I will miss them a lot. They work in NHS charity/Medical roles. We do socialise, which is often watching tv together, going out for a meal or going to a gig. However, we all also have our own lives and respect when we might need space or down time. It would be great to find another professional who fits in with this sort of vibe!

Bills come to approximately £100 each per month.
