Hi there,

After 2 years and a half living in this room I'm moving out due to work and I need someone to take over my contract from the 1st of May (flexible). Price is 585 per month, great price for the size of the room and the area!

It's a three-storey house with an amazing garden, there is no living room, but there is a big kitchen with a table and chairs ideal to gather together. There is a bathroom and a toilet, and a garage for storage.

The room is on the first floor, is really big and bright, gets the sun in the morning until late afternoon. Comes furnished with a huge mirrored wardrobe, and I'll be happy to sell the bed and the desk very cheap.

You'll be living with Alex who is freelance working for a charity and is also a hairdresser, and has been living in the house for over 7 years, and Milen who works in Zara and moved here last summer.

Archway and Upper Holloway stations are about 7-minute walk, as well as all the supermarkets and restaurants in Holloway Road.

We rent through an agency, so reference checks will be required.
