2 Bens and a gay need a new family member to join their crew!

A little bit about us:
The Bens - interchangeable, same person, you probably won't be able to tell them apart (except one has lots of tattoos), love each other dearly but will also shout at each other about nothing
Ben D - English, tattoo artist, bald, MJ stan, deaf+mumbles
Ben S-W - English, evil salesman (in sustainability), great head of hair, bat-like hearing (you'll see why), nut allergy
Michael - Irish, the gay, works for the NHS, growing a mullet, smashing Ozempic

We've lived together for 3+ years and have turned this dreary house into a lovely home. We do things together: gym, movie nights, cinema, dinners, nights out, etc. But we all live our own lives, have jobs and outside friends, have hobbies...

We're all 30+ and none of us are into loud raging parties anymore, so if you're still in that phase of your life this house probably won't be the right fit for you. But can confirm pub garden summer - we're ready brev!

Who you're replacing:
A bald Spanish man who broke our hearts... because he's moving in with his girlfriend. We'll miss him massively but we're looking forward to welcoming someone new into our home - really good!

Who we're looking for:
Neat and tidy in communal areas
Chill and easy-going
Social and joins in on house activities
Enjoy house dinners and movies
Active/outdoors-y encouraged
A sense of humour bodes well at 125

The Room:
Spacious 1st floor room with a big window - comes part-furnished. Most of the furniture in the house we bought ourselves or was sourced from local freecycle.

The House:
It's four storeys tall and we occupy the top three floors. The layout is two bedrooms on the top floor, two bedrooms on the first floor (one of which will be yours), and a living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor. We also have a private roof terrace on the first floor. It is a big Victorian house with high ceilings throughout.

It's a 5 minute walk to Archway tube station or a 7 minute walk to Tufnell Park station (both Northern line), and a 10 minute walk to Upper Holloway (Overground). Outside the house we have a bus stop for both the 134 and 390 buses.

Along our street are supermarkets (M&S food!... and Aldi), restaurants, coffee shops, independent shops, bakeries, fishmongers and butchers. All the delights of North London are on your doorstep - Camden, Hampstead and Highgate Village are within 15 minutes by bus, central London is just 25 mins away by tube, and GymBox Finsbury Park is only an 8 minute cycle ;)

We take pride in our house and like to keep it clean and presentable. We also have a weekly cleaner come in to do all communal areas and stairs. Monthly rent/bills is £880 which includes the cleaner, along with council tax (band E), Broadband, water and gas/electric.

You:
We can only offer the room to an individual, no couples as previous couple drama has caused issues. If you have a partner who comes over that's fine.

The housing agent requires that you be employed and able to give housing references as well. No DSA either - their rules, not ours.

We're not going to offer the room on a first come, first served basis: we really want to keep the atmosphere of the house positive and communal.
