Double room Archway/Tufnell Park/Highgate borders

It's a very large double room (19X12) in a quiet, clean, welcoming flat in Dartmouth Park with one male landlord in his early/mid fifties.

The room itself has a double bed and a sofa too, plus chest of drawers and wardrobe, big wall mirror and coffee table. There is room for a table or a desk or a television table but it's lightly furnished at the moment. I'm happy to look into getting the odd extra bit of kit as needed. The pics there at the moment are from before my current lodger moved in - it looks homelier at the moment but I'm away from home as I post this and can't put new pics on!

I'm looking for someone who is out working in an office/away from home all or most weekdays as I'm often around working during the day, not always, and likewise I'm quite often out in the evenings because of my work. I'm not some hermit, but it probably helps if you are comfortable with your own company! It is a quiet home, which will be its big advantage/big disadvantage depending on your disposition.

The flat is over the first and second floors of a converted Victorian terraced house - albeit we are on the end of the terrace - halfway between Archway station and Hampstead Heath. Tufnell Park station is only two or three minutes further away, Whittington Park and Highgate Village are walking distance.

You'd be a few steps away from a sit-in kitchen, with gas oven and microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer as needed, and a bathroom with bath and shower. The other bedrooms and my living room are on a separate, upper floor.

I'm looking for someone considerate, clean and tidy, happy with somewhere quiet but friendly.

One of my two teenage daughters will occasionally be there, though a) this will almost entirely happen at weekends, and b) they're incredibly nice and almost entirely unawful.

Bills are included, the flat will be cleaned each week, and there is a strong wifi signal and the chance for a Sky box if you want to bung in an extra tenner a month.
