Flat has dishwasher & combi washer/dryer.

3 out the 4 of us wfh and we never have any internet/ connectivity issues.

We've just renewed a 12 month contract however I'm buying a place hence moving out 31st Aug. Looking for someone to take my place on the tenancy. 31st Aug would make it 7.5 months remaining.

Place is furnished so please don't bring your own bed as there isn't anywhere to put this existing one haha....you'd be surprised what requests I'm getting!

Deposit is £951.90 and due to be paid directly to me, your name would then replace mine on the contract so end of contract you would receive back the deposit I've paid in.

We also have a cleaner once a fortnight which is £7.50 each covering communal areas and ensuites.

No smoking inside.
