Lovely Bright Double Bedroom Archway/Highgate

Hi, my name is Abby. I’m moving out of my lovely room as I'll sadly be heading back to the US for a bit.

The flat is a 3 bed of all good sized double rooms. There is a shared bathroom with a bath/shower. The kitchen has all mod cons, washing machine/dryer and fridge in the last two years. The sitting room is a spacious, beautiful room with large windows. We have a beautiful roof garden terrace, perfect for drinks, sunbathing and BBQ’s.

The room available for rent:
Good sized double room. Cream carpet throughout the flat. Furniture included is double bed and mattress, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers and built in shelves. There is a sink in the room which is very handy for the mornings! The room is on the back side of the flat, so it is very quiet at night.

Current flatmates are 2 English females- one works from home at the moment in merchandising and the other is in education. The flat is generally a quiet space to come home from work and chill in. We're looking for someone who is responsible, considerate, and tidy.

The flat is very near to the Parkland Walk, Waterlow Park, and only a mile or so from Hampstead Heath. Public transportation is also very accessible, with a bus stop at the end of the street and the Archway tube station close by.

The lease starts September 1st and is an annual agreement. Rent is £697 (bills not included), with bills averaging £140-160 per person each month. The property is managed by estate agents, though the owners of the flat are friendly and attentive, as well.
