The room is fully furnished, have a big window overlooking garden, queen-size bed, chest of drawers, additional shelves, and a built-in wardrobe.

The bottom floor has a large living/dining area, a large separate kitchen overlooking and leading to garden.

Upstairs has a bathroom and a seperate toilet.

This whole 6 bedroom house is shared with four other tenants (and one in the seperate studio room) making up 6 tenants overall (plus one extra bedroom converted onto laundry room).

Second floor (attic floor) has two single bedrooms and a laundry room.

There is Sky TV, Netflix and Disney Channel as well as big dining and living room area with two fire places.

The house is occupied by a public sector worker (male), hospitality manager (female), coach (female), project manager (female) and a babysitter/music engineer (female).

Some of tenants are vegan and they are all friendly, social and tidy. Vegan or vegetarian tenants are preferred, but tidy meat eaters will not be turned around either.

We also have a very clean and peaceful cat 🐈, who is pretty independent and spends time in his room on the second floor or in the garden.

I am looking to hear from professionals, who are social but also quiet and like a little of their own space and respect others.

Existing housemates are exceptionally clean, and hence looking for similar qualities in others. If you have an active lifestyle, you are eco-friendly, respectful and drama-free and POSITIVE, you would be a great fit for the house.

The area is very nice. It's a 15 min walk to Archway tube station, and a 15-20 min walk to Finsbury Park station (but you can always jump on one of many buses and be there in 5-10mins). Enchanting Crouch End is a 10 min walk away.

I have all the bills (water, electricity, gas, council tax and broadband) included in the price.
