A large double room is available in Archway. In a three bed flat, with a bathroom (with a bathtub), separate toilet and spacious kitchen. To share with two professional gay guys.

The room is furnished. It has a double bed, laminated floor and a walk-in closet. The rent is £850 pcm (one month's rent is required as deposit) includes most bills except gas, electric, and monthly cleaner and cleaning supplies. The bills vary each month, in the cold winter months we paid up to £60 each, in the warmer summer months bills are significantly lower.

We like to keep a clean house and we clean as we go. We have a cleaner once a month for the deep cleaning. it's a relaxed and quiet place. Kitchen chats about anything and everything, and we enjoy a wide range of music and movies. One vegetarian, one meat eater. I work from home as a software developer and the other guy works in the West End. It would suit someone who doesn’t work from home.

Regrettably the flat is not wheelchair accessible. It is on the second floor and there are two flights of stairs with 15 steps each. The flat is split over two levels, and the room is on the upper floor as well as the bathroom and toilet. The internal staircase has 13 steps. There's a phone entry system.
