THE HOUSE
First-floor entrance to our house, with one bedroom on this floor. We have a garden and balcony which is for us all to use, access is through this bedroom, but is not an issue.

On the second floor is our open-plan living room kitchen, with large stained glass windows, an elaborate chandelier (landlord's choice!), and plenty of plants.

On the top floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom - one of these would be yours!

THE ROOM:
Your room is a light, large furnished double room with lots of built-in storage. The rent is £975 a month, bills approx £130 a month (gas/elec prices depending). Bills include - internet, council tax (band E), water, gas & electric.

The room is available from 5th July 2024 for 1 year.

LOCATION:
The flat is in a great location, on a quiet residential street with a wine shop and hairdressers. Archway has various supermarkets, pubs and a great Pizza place! We are within 15 minutes walking distance to Highgate Village and Crouch End for shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. You can walk to Waterloo Park in 15 minutes and Hampstead Heath in 30 minutes, and easy access to the old railway track walk which runs from Highgate to Finsbury Park.

Great transport links - we are a 10 minute walk to Archway station on the northern line, 15 mins to Holloway Road Overground and there are plenty of buses into central London.

ABOUT US:
You would be living with Lizi and Renaldo. Lizi has lived here for 3 years and is who you would be sharing the top floor and bathroom with. Renaldo has lived here for 2 years and has the room downstairs with an en-suite.

Lizi is a nurse working in east london, so works shifts. When at home she makes epic chocolate brownies, loves a tv binge, cycling at the gym, a good beer garden and planning the next holiday. Renaldo is working on setting up his own business, so generally works from home or in local coffee shops. He enjoys a hobbie, especially music and DJing (hence the downstairs room) and boxing, as well as nights out.

ABOUT YOU:
We are looking for a friendly, tidy housemate, who is looking for somewhere to feel at home. Keen for someone who has their own life but would also enjoy chats, tv, wine nights in, or occasional dinners out with us. Ideally, we want someone who doesn't work from home.

Landlord is lovely and responds if we need anything, she would require verification of income and a credit check. Deposit is held in a protection scheme.
